Force the firefox save-dialog to use dolphin.

I've already googled around for this, but the solutions I found didn't work.

The "save file" dialog-box in firefox does not use dolphin--it looks like nautilus, which I also have installed. How can I force that dialog box to use dolphin?

    Thanks.
    I run Kubuntu 18.04 LTS.

You need a Firefox compiled with modifications in order to do this

    Plasmazilla is what you want

    https://launchpad.net/~plasmazilla

If you run 16.04 you will have to go without and use the gtk file picker that is built in to the browser, until they make Xenial packages for this mod.
