Can a Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam drivers be installed in Wine?

Ratings seem good on this product, but is made for other than Linux. Does Kubuntu have drivers for this webcam? Or, can Wine install this cam? Thanks!

The second to last post by alexPhil says it works 'out of the box' with his (then) Ubuntu 12.04.

I personally can attest that it Just Works as I have had this webcam for about a year now. No drivers are needed.
