Looking for something simple to annotate photos to include drawing simple arrows, lines etc. Looked at Gimp Image Editor but it looks like overkill. Downloaded Shutter. I opened it twice and saw no way to open an existing photo in it. I then tried to open a photo w/ Shutter and it wouldn't. Afterward I couldn't get Shutter to open. It'd sit there and think about followed by disappearing. I uninstalled it.

LibreOffice Draw worked just fine. Now I must switch from "Ubuntu-Test" to Default Style to enter "Solved".
Ok, if anyone is looking for me, I'm going back to Ubuntu-Test.
