    Problem installing KOceanSaver

    Am using Kubuntu 15.04

Trying to Install KOceanSaver screensaver :
    apt-get install build-essential kdebase-workspace-dev libqt4-opengl-dev
    Result:
Package kdebase-workspace-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Unable to locate package apt-get
E: Unable to locate package install

This worked OK on Kubuntu 14.10

    Any ideas?

I'm guessing, without searching for the package on packages.ubuntu.com, that this kde4 library no longer exists
