How to Upgrade kde plasma to 5.1.1

Please, can someone help me knowing, how to upgrade kde plasma to 5.1.1 version

I, am using Kubuntu 14.10 Plasma 5.

Have tried following link , but it does not upgrade, it say already latest version

https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Packages#Kubuntu

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/next
sudo apt update
sudo apt install kubuntu-plasma5-desktop
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo reboot [save any work first, sorry no elegant way to reboot]

Right now, you can't, not until packages are built and released for 14.10
