    password wallet

    Hello everybody, :-)

I thought, that linux is better than Windows, but why on earth asks me everytime kubuntu to write a password for a password wallet? Please, how can I stop that?
    Sincerely yours :-)

    Hello nicrnicr
for stop wallet you must go to System "Setting>Account Details>KDE Wallet" and unchecked Enable the KDE Wallet subsystem and press Apply

If you do this, you disable safe password storage altogether.

Another option is to set a blank password for the wallet.

They have been working on setting it up in such a way that the kwallet login is done at user login, to "cure" this.

The wallet is a bit annoying but is worth using.

There is a checkbox for prompt when applications access it on the Access Control tab.

Thank you very much Behrooz, claydoh and otisklt!
Normally, there is a login possible when you begin to use the computer. I think that the password wallet schould be opened during this login.
