Wifi dont work on clean 14.04

ok. Recently I finally wanted to move from windows to linux, but this but stopped me....again.

my spec: notebook asus X75VB /i3/nvidia gt740m/ wifi > Qualcomm Atheros
    Wifi don't work.
    Code:
    rfkill list
says "hard-block" about wifi(means "unblock all" - wont fix it). Pressing Fn+wifi = dont make any difference (indicator on notebook dont blink to change)(even if I press it couple of times)

BUT ! IT WORKS after suspend mode, working fine. Than if I click on disable and re-enable wifi - IT STOPS working again.

I've googled "wifi wont work after suspend" seems like there are issues but not opposite. I've tested on slax 7.0.8 - wifi works fine. I think its new plasma-nm have problems with my notebook.

Who knows how to fix this ?

If not > how to contact with plasma-nm developers to inform them about this. ?

p.s. how to connect to router that Dont broadcast its ssid ?
Working...
