The KDE SC 4.13 and later is using the Baloo.

    Earlier: https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showth...71-Baloo-links

The Nepomuk database will be converted to the Baloo database when you start the Kubuntu 14.04 the first time (/usr/share/autostart/nepomukbaloomigrator.desktop).

    The nepomukbaloomigrator:
    :~$ nepomukbaloomigrator --help
    Usage: nepomukbaloomigrator [Qt-options] [KDE-options]

    Nepomuk-Baloo Data Migration Tool

    Generic options:
    --help Show help about options
    --help-qt Show Qt specific options
    --help-kde Show KDE specific options
    --help-all Show all options
    --author Show author information
    -v, --version Show version information
    --license Show license information
    -- End of options
    The nepomukcleaner:
    :~$ nepomukcleaner --help
    Usage: nepomukcleaner [Qt-options] [KDE-options]

An Application to clean old and invalid Nepomuk data

    Generic options:
    --help Show help about options
    --help-qt Show Qt specific options
    --help-kde Show KDE specific options
    --help-all Show all options

How did you install teh driver? Using the built in hardware driver tool, or by downloading the file from nvidia and running the installer?

Am at a loss as to where I can find software for my Model: GeForce GTX 550 Ti card.
        According to KInfocenter, NVIDIA Corporation, Open GL/ES version= 4.4.0 NVIDIA 550 TI/PCle/SSE2
All I can get from NVidia Sites are .bin files for Linux. I've lost my notes on where I got the installed version.

Re Nepomuck - have installed both but still get the same situation. I'll reboot & report back if needed.
        THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
