No. You can drag it around, though.

Stealth Cashew used to allow one to make it almost gone in term of transparency.

I piddled with them some time ago, but since the point behind KDE is to use the "cashew", I don't noice because I use it regularly.
So...you could give them a look if they don't work you will be so told.
Just download then go to widgets, get new widgets and then install local file.
