KMail Problems

How do I find "kmail's configuration" ??

In Kmail's Settings menu, go to Settings -> Configure KMail...

Have done that - did not have any effect
DECIDED I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS STUPID PRORAM - WILL CHECK OUT OTHER OPTIONS
Any suggestions of a good, reliable one??
