Bit of Kubuntu maintenance,..have I now broke it?

I decided to do some updating and getting rid of packages I do not use via Synaptic Manager. I usually do all my upating via CLI (aptitude), but thought I'd check out Synaptic to remove stuff.

On various stuff (mostly gnome and evolution things) I tried removing I got the following:

I/O warning: failed to load external entity "var/lib/scrollkeeper/(null)/scrollkeeper_cl.xml"
Have I broke something? How do I fix it?

Thanx for any help in advance!

I suspect that you have a broken package, scrolleeper to be precise. I would start a konsole and run "sudo dpkg --configure -a". This will either fix the package, or (more likely, regrettably) give you another error message. With some good luck, you might be able to purge scrollkeeper, if that was your original intention.
