To help to connect gprs interent connection in Kubuntu

Sir,
I have used Ubuntu.
I like the style of Kubuntu. But when i try Kubuntu. I cann't connect Internet because i use mobile as modem. I connect mobile by bluetooth. The network manager is not working properly. When i search to fix the problem. I cann't find any solution. The problem is facing by a lot of people. This is my problem. I hope to get a solution.

I don't have any experience connecting Kubuntu to the Internet via a Bluetooth mobile AP, but here is an article that explains how:

First change phone network to UMTS mode. Then while connecting to Computer - use PCSuite/Ovisuite mode. Then activate bluetooth and when asked for, check DUN mode to use phone as modem. Then rest of the process is routine.
