How to undo "do this by default"?

i wanted to delete a file permanently. and when dolphin asked me "do you really want to delete this file", i accidentally clicked on "do this by default" checkbox. now of course, dolphin doesn't ask me when i shift+delete the file. and i have stupidly shift deleted one file.
does anyone know how to uncheck that do this by default option?

I think this is what you need: Settings > Configure Dolphin > General (last icon) > Behavior (first tab) > Ask for confirmation when: Deleting
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.
