Klueless KDE navigator seeks pedestrian advice

Hi,


I simply want a different 'wallpaper' on each of my virtual desktops, so I might see where I am in the sequence immediately. I can find a selection of 'wallpapers', but I can only successfully change one uniform for another.

You have to in a sense merge activities and virtual desktops to get this

I wrote that while figuring out how to do something else, but to get different backgrounds per desktop, you do need to do some of these steps to map Activities to Virtual Desktops.
