Repositorys

I just wounder if there's a site where all repositorys are listed? (So that I can change repository that I located closer)
Couse I think I might have installed the wrong repositorys at the install of kubuntu, I got about a 1/5 of the speed I had with ubuntu repositorys.
Or are there different repositorys for ubuntu and kubuntu?
