Font too small and cant read anything

I'm new to Linux in general. I just installed Linux MCE, not sure how similar this is to kubuntu, it said kubuntu when installing and everything. My problem is that I was useing it on a 26inch 720P sony bravia TV, I am now on a old HP L1906 (19 inch LCD), and everything is too small to read. I've read up on stuff over the forums about changing font sizes but even if i know what they are saying i cant read anything to find anything! Is there a simple solution to this?

The computer im putting it on is a Dell dimension 3000.
    Celeron @ 2.6GHz
    1GB ram
    integrated graphics
    2 HDD's in master/slave

The OS is MCE (version 8.10 beta2) Just downloaded this morning.
The other information I have no idea on, I just got it from here.

I hope your system on the computer doesn't look like the screenshosts of MCE Linux on this page http://www.linuxmce.org/index.php/gallery/screenshots. If you have Kubuntu installed, you should have K-Menu icon in the left bottom corner of the desktop (with K letter on it). If you click on it you can find System Settings and change font size there.
Kubuntu 16.04 on two computers and Kubuntu 17.04 on DELL Latitude 13
