    Power Devil configurations

I am trying to get the frequency of my CPU lower by editing the profiles of Power Devil. What file to I edit to do this?
I have an inspiron 1525 (intel dual core CPU) 1.87 ghz
Right now I can get about 2.5 hours of battery life, but in win7 I could get more and I have learned that I am running only at 1.6ish ghz while using Xtreme powersave and I hope to be able to edit the profiles to allow for a slower CPU (therefore better battery life).

Have you been able to access the powerdevil profile editor?

    K menu>System Settings>Advanced tab>Power Management

Is there any information for CPU frequency scaling in there?
