Error Message, what do I do ?[SOLVED]

I'm running Kubuntu NBR and when I click on the applet to for the time and date the following error comes up.

KDEInit could not launch 'time-admin'.:
Could not find 'time-admin' executable.

Any help to solve would be much appreciated, thank you.
