running a GUI app with root

I know you use sudo for CLI.

But what if you want to have access to konqueror as root (GUI). do you press Alt+F2 and type gksudo konqueror? Iv'e read this somewhere but it doesn't seem to work. It says command not found. Is there something im missing.
