error message received with moonlight

I am very new to this. I am trying to view some webcasted lectures. I installed moonlight to view. I am now receiving this error message...An error occurred while attempting to play the media for this presentation.
(3001 - AG_E_INVALID_FILE_FORMAT).

What version of Kubuntu are you using? Uses Firefox, but see How to Moonlight
