how do I fix missing help documentation for the khelpcenter tool. most of the applications installed after the initial install of the OS (Kubuntu 8.10) do not configure help properly.

They need to be written, actually. There are too few folks (volunteers) working in that area. They are trying to get more of it back in Jaunty, but unless more work on this, it may be a long time coming
