Font size too small on some windows

    Hi everyone,

I just recently downloaded and installed Kubuntu with KDE4.1. Everything was pretty small, so I enabled the nv restricted driver (I have a nvidia 6200 card), changed the resolution to 1360*768 (I am using a Samsung 23" 720p TV) and increased the dot pitch for the fonts in Appearance and themes up to 20. Things started to look better but when I try to open Add Remove or Adept or things like that things are so small it is unusable. Would anyone have any ideas as to what I should do to increase the font size to a reasonable level? Oh, and the login screen is hopelessly small as well.

Thanks for any help on this,

    Regards,

    Mark

you might want to go into "System Settings" -> "Appearance" -> "Fonts" and change "Force Fonts DPI"

I have a laptop with Kubuntu, and a system hooked up to a 46" LCD TV. on the TV I have forced font DPI to 120 because Kubuntu does not detect correctly and makes fonts too small.
