Konqueror and Flash

I can't get flash to work in konqueror. I first downloaded and installed the kubuntu restricted extras, but flash still wouldn't work. I manually downloaded the .tar.gz and I followed the installation guidelines for flash here:

It didn't work, since konqueror wasn't listed I wasn't surprised. So how do I get it to work? Thanks for your time.
