I've recently done an update to kaffeine and now kaffeine no longer plays avi files.
I've tried uninstalling kafeine and reinstalling kaffeine-xine, adept wouldn't let me, it was telling me it would break packages and refused to do it. These files are played from a remote Win XP file server, they used to play but since the update they don't although the do so locally.
Anyone got any ideas?
