OK, if you have done the downloads indicated in the links, then install VLC media player. It should be available in Adept Manager. Then you open VLC media player, File -> Open disk, and you should be in the menues.Originally posted by amber123i have kubuntu i have done some downloads
Or you can use Kaffeine. I don't have available a Kubuntu PC with DVD just now, you have to experiment a little. It seems most say the VLC is the best - I have no strong opinion here.
