am using kubuntu breezy.... i like to create a new account for another user but could not do it by using the user and group system settings... all options r disabled.... help me how to create new account...

this may b silly but i dont know how to set password for the newly created user.... there is an option called password and security but i tried it but in vain... may b i am wrong... nirvana help plzComment
