    wubi won't take,

hi, I am helping someone out who wants dual boot between win/lin but somehow he gets the following(below) so perhaps I shoud have got him to try the kubuntu live CD instead but here is what he is getting, thanks

I tried ubuntu but I keep getting this error message:

    No RAID Disks
    Check root= bootorg cat /proc/cmdline
or missing modules devices: cat ?proc/modules/
Alert! Does not exist. Dropping to a Shell!

    BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debain 1:1.1.3-3ubuntu3)
Built-in shell (ash) Enter 'help' for a list of built in commands.

/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
    (initrumfs)

If you could give us information about how he solved his problem it might prove useful for others in future.

        Re: wubi won't take,

sorry, he didn't explain that, but then ranted about the mouse movemts so we went in search of the driver for that, he has not posted back so I am guessing that he is OK now
