How to add virtual network interfaces to KNetworkManager

Hi. I have vmWare Server 1.0.4 installed - I have looked around KNetworkManager's settings and couldn't find a way to add the virtual interfaces (vmnet1, vmnet8) into the list - how do I do that?
I would find it quite useful if I could see the interfaces' IP address, status etc. directly in the 'tray' instead of typing 'ifconfig vmnet1' in the konsole.
