    Hi everybodY ! Please, help me set my locales !

    Hi 2 everybody !
    I like Kubuntu, I have it on my laptop.
    Please, forgive my english being so poor.

    The problem that annoys me so much is :]

    1. I have Kubuntu, but I do not know which?
    Q : How to determine it ?

    2. My locales are not set as it should be. I get that annoying :

    Code:
    gattanegra@gattanegra ~ [4] $ locale
    locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
    locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
    locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
    over and over and over again and it makes me crazy and I feel I can not think rationally. So I am asking for help - It drives me to throw that damn notebook in the wastebin or to purge that Kubuntu away, as I KNOW tha tthe problem is very easy to solve. That three lines are just messing my brains .. excuse me.
    Q: How to get rid of that Pearl error message "
    Code:
    perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
    perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG = "bg_BG.UTF-8"
      are supported and installed on your system.
    perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
    locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
    locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
    locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
    3. When I try :

    Code:
    dpkg-reconfigure locales
    I get :
    Code:
    gattanegra ~ # dpkg-reconfigure locales
    perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
    perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
