wifi something missing

ndiswrapper works,
I have CD of WIFI in CDrom drive(d-link g30)
but something is missing since it never gets passed 28% on the network, I know where the windows drivers are on the CD, I just don't know how to install them, thanks

It shows the steps to configure D-Link wifi adapter using ndiswrapper, but could be used to install other devices as well.
