panels at bottom - magnfy like mac os?

hi, I've been using linux/KDE for a couple of months now and i was thinking of venturing further into the desktop environment. as you can see in the screenshot, i have all the icons i want in my taskbar (dont worry thats not actually the "click'n'run" program from linspire :P) and i have an external taskbar at the top of my screen thet dissapears after a couple of second. i have everything i want except one thing. a lot of screenshots i've seen have a panel at the bottom and the icons magnify as your mous moves along. if there's any way to do that under kde, it would be greatly appreciated if someone told me how. there have been one or two other posts about this, but their outdated and the links dont work. i'm also not afraid to do a bit of extra work if necessary. thanks

        This might work:
        http://ksmoothdock.sourceforge.net/

I think it is also in the repos.

        otherwise have a look at:
        http://www.kde-look.org
HP Pavilion dv6 core i7 (Main)
        4 GB Ram
        Kubuntu 18.10

You might want to have a look at the Engage Dock. It comes stock with Enlightment but you can also get the stand alone package.

Edit: I just tried to get it and got a 404 error
          ~$sudo make me a sandwich
