    Help mounting

Hi, I forgot to format one of my drives (its still in ntfs) but first I need to burn all the stuff I have there into DVD (have lots of .isos). One thing though, when I mount it, I can't go inside of it unless I'm root. This also happens when I insert a disk/dvd. It'll mount but I will not be able to go in unless I'm root. Anyway I can fix that? Any help would b appreciated, thanks.

    For NTFS, go here: http://www.psychocats.net/linux/mountwindows.php

I don't know about the disk drives, though.

Ya I read that, it works I am able to get all the information I needed, it just locks the thing out to anyone other than root. Thats what I'm wondering, not just ntfs but anything that wants to be mounted.

Have you tried changing the umask command? e.g. "umask=000"
