Enabled Pop Ups in Konqueror

How? I have school webpages to do homework that require pop ups. Can't figure out how to keep from blocking them. Grrr

When it gets blocked you should have an icon in the lower right corner of the window, you can click on that and "allow popups.." or you can go into the konqueror settings under "Java & JavaScript" and on the java script tab add a Domain-Specific entry for your school's domain.

hitting the icon that looks like a funnel; a msg box pops up saying "Please enabled Konqueror's Adblock : ok" clicking ok, doesn't allow the pop up. Clicking the icon again gives me the same message. At no time does the message change or does it actually unblock the pop up. Am I hitting the correct icon? Or did I find a (yet another) bug?

You want the icon that has the red X on it like this.



The same thing is in the settings like I described too.

It only shows up when a webpage blocks the popup.

Click on settings>>configure Konqueror>>Adblock. Uncheck enable.

Adblock doesn't block popups, it blocks urls. It's the javascript controls that handle the popups.

Yeah, the browser window that blocks the pop up doens't have that red X icon.

When I try to access the link that causes the popup, a warning message is displayed for a few seconds that says...

This page has attempted to open a pop up window but ws blocked. You can click on this icone in the status bar to control this behavior or open the popup.

To the left of this message there is a picture of the icon you describe, a red X. But there is no red X at the bottom of my browser. I have the filter, the wallet, and some an empty blue box, that when clicked looks like it puts some chain or something in it.

I'm lost here.
