    Envy install error

Looking for some help, i'm trying to get beryl running and i'm having some problems updating my video drivers in kubuntu 6.10 (edgy). I found and tried to install envy but everytime i try i just can't get it to install without errors. It says its not able to find packages python_vte and gksu. I can't find those from anywhere, can anyone help?

It puts the icon in the system folder but wont run, and when i run envy -t and select manual install i get an error that vte isnt installed.

    Thanks a lot
    Nick

    Re: Envy install error

in adept check your repositories have universe & multiuniverse enabled

to do this open adept top bar "view" > manage repositories
then enable the greyed out repositories that are listed ...

      Re: Envy install error

All the repositories have already been enabled, i'll have to try it again from home since the proxy/firewall at work may be getting in the way.
