I follow this guide to do backups on MBR disk with one btrfs partition. But now I want to move to GPT and make EFI partition. Does having EFI on separate fat32 partition change anything? Do I need to have also separate fat32 partition on backup disk or one btrfs partition on backup disk is enough? When I recover system from backup will BTRFS know where to copy files from btrfs backup disk to fat32 partition? Or I need to do separate backups for what is on btrfs partition and separate for what is on fat32 partition?
