[XORG] Screen Tearing with Dual Monitors on Intel integrated graphics

    Hello,

I have recently upgraded to a new dual-monitor setup and have been experiencing screen tearing.
I have already tried all the simple fixes, including trying different options within the compositor
settings in System Settings. I have tried OpenGL 2.0, OpenGL 3.1, and XRender, tearing persists.

I have also tried adding the 'NoTear' option in 20-intel.conf under /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d.
When I reboot my system, I get stuck on a black screen with the cursor, but SDDM doesn't load.
I am then forced to switch to a TTY terminal and remove 20-intel.conf. After rebooting,
SSDM will then load properly with screen tearing intact.

Strangely, if I disconnect my secondary monitor, the screen tearing issues disappear.
The screen tearing only occurs with the secondary monitor connected. Strange.

My main monitor is a 1920x1080, and the secondary is a 1280x720, both 60 Hz.
My CPU is an Intel Pentium Gold G4560 with Intel HD graphics 610.
My OS is Kubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.4.0-42-generic, Xorg display server, default Intel Mesa driver.
