I mentioned that I was running KDE Neon on the Ubuntu Forums and I was curtly informed by an Admin that Neon was an unsupported "distribution."

'Tis true. Neon makes just enough changes that they really can't support it well.

Having said that, they have no problem with Mint questions, and they change quite a bit more than Neon.

Neon's section on Kde's forum can't really provide support for the Ubuntu half of it, and Ubuntu can't really do it for the other half well. Catch 22. Or KFN

Plus (imnsho) that mod was probably just being a male phallus. With a place that large and active you can't avoid it. So I unfortunately avoid the place altogether.
