It seems that 20.10 cant find square beam icons when i try to install them from the noobs lab ppa. Can you help? Thanks

Probably whoever has created and maintains the PPA hasn't built packages for 20.10.

There have been no new packages there in about a year and a half, and nothing for any versions past 19.10.
Most if not all the noobslab PPAs look to be no longer updated or maintained , unfortunately.
HOWEVER, unless this is a different icon theme, the Square Beam icons can very easily be found and installed via the 'Get New Icons' button in System Settings.
