kf5.kio.widgets error message - x509 self signed cert

kf5.kio.widgets: KRun(0x557293841de0) ERROR (stat): 111 "The file or folder 127.0.0.1 does not exist."

I have absolutely no idea what the above error message means.

I've googled kio and i don't understand what the answers mean.

I guess as it has to do with a self signed x509 cert its to do with the cert store, if someone could give me some pointers or a bit of an explanation I'd a bit happier.

What version of Kubuntu are you running? Was it 'upgraded' from an earlier version of Kubuntu, and if 'yes', what earlier version?

its a fresh install of kubuntu 1804
