[SOLVED] HDMI loses connection. re-activates with mouse?

Hi,

I've got a problem thats giving me a brain freeze.

The connection to sony tv is HDMI from a GeForce 210 this also does audio for desktop and most apps. It was working fine,
but today it started to play up. Mostly when playing media, like a movie on Plex or music from Amarok.
What happens is the screen goes blank and the sound dies, it appears like HDMI is losing connection.
Here is the weird thing, when i move the mouse it all comes back = video and sound.

i changed the HDMI cable for good measure.
there is nothing in /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog that even matches the time stamp of this weirdness.

so if mouse brings it back, one would think its powersaving.
but powersaving is all turned off:

energy profile is running on AC power.

screensaver is set for 45 minutes - thats definately not it..

any ideas?

it's all good. solved it..

when it went blank i ssh'ed to it and saw:

? Sl 0:00 /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/kscreenlocker 7314
? TN 0:00 kclock.kss -window-id 8388631

so i set the screensaver for 360 minutes and all is good.. so far
