...searches in Dolphin won't find content in your emails (KMail)? I've tried, and no matches are reported. But from the CLI, running:
finds matches in your emails.
Given that ones emails are stored in your /home directory (even if they are in a hidden directory), I'd expect that searches in Dolphin would find them. Otherwise, the baloo search engine within Dolphin is limited.
