Hi ,
I would like to know how to do for install a new screen connexion downloaded , I try it without succes I don't find the place where is the screen are, thanh you for help

If connexion screen = login screen

KDE System Settings > Login screen (KDM)


a)The theme has been downloaded

The KDE login manager has an option to install a new theme from a file by pressing the "Install new theme" button.



(1) The theme file can installed by entering the theme file name with the full path or by drag & drop the theme file to the Location line.

(2) The theme file can installed by clicking the "Open file dialog" button and pointing the theme file.


b)Get New Themes

The KDE login manager has an option to download & install a new theme by the "Get New Theme" action.




The KDM "Get New Theme" action has a bug:

You need to start the KDE login manager kcm module with the root rights:

kdesudo kcmshell4 kdm

or

kdesudo systemsettings

thank you for the respons , I have try it with succes now , but the problem stay because when I start my PC my screen choice don't appear on screen
