Is there anyway to store my passwords unencrypted in rekonq?

If you go into System Settings >> Account Details >> KDE Wallet, click on "Access Control", expand the kwallet entry you will see, look for Rekonq, and either delete it (right-click then delete) the entry, this will prompt you for allowing wallet access next time you open rekonq and you can select "never"

You also may want to launch the wallet manager and look for any rekonq entries you may want to delete.

As a side note, from within the wallet manager you can see view the actual passwords saved, if that is what you are after.

No, I am after an option not to use Kwallet or another program to save my passwords. Like in firefox that I just open it and my passwords are saved in it.

I could, but in that case I am not offered the option to store passwords at all.

My kubuntuforums login info is saved disabling the wallet, but no prompts. I haven't found where the info is stored yet
