    User login kicks to bash

The computer will load into KDE and give me the login screen, but I have 1 user... and only 1 user... that will intermittently kick to bash prompt login when I try to login via KDE. All other users login to KDE fine. At one point the user tried to set computer to load a script on bootup and it started having login problems after that, but I have no idea if that is what is causing it because the actual script file was deleted and it no longer shows up under the startup/shutdown settings. What's up? Any ideas?

You need to provide more details. You haven't told us what version of Kubuntu or KDE you are running.
