Application launcher hotkey - a bug?

Hi, I'm on kubuntu 9.10 and using "Global Keyboard Shortcuts" -> "Plasma Workspace" in system settings I've tried to change the shortcut for starting the application launcher. After I change the shortcut it's work... untill I reboot the system! After reboot the hotkey returns to the default ALT+F1. I've tried with various hotkey combinations with the same result (so I guess is not because I've choosen an already used or "forbidden" hotkey). With other global hotkeys I don't have the same problem.
Any ideas?

Have you tried ?: Right click the Kickoff button > Application Launcher Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts.

What tells:

ls -l ~/.kde/share/config/kglobalshortcutsrc

and

ls -l ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc

Here:

and

rog=username


When you set the shortcut. Is it saved to the kglobalshortcutsrc and to the plasma-desktop-appletsrc ?

Here, changing Alt+F1 to the Alt +1, kglobalshortcutsrc has

Hi, the permissions where ok for both files. I've noticed that the plasma-desktop-appletsrc don't change when I change settings in the "Application Launcher Settings" window! I changed manually the hotkey as you shown me and the change is persistent after reboot! I've also tried changing the 2 checkbox options in the "Application Laucher Settings"-> "General" with the same result! It seems that this panel won't write to file the changes! I wonder what is wrog.
