    KDE 4.3.00

Well, I'm impressed. KDE 4.3.00 was brought in when I dist-upgraded my sidux OS the other day. Both my Ubuntu Juanty and Kubuntu Intrepid are still running KDE 4.2.xx. Likely, when I boot into Ubuntu Jaunty, the upgrade to KDE 4.3.00 will be there for me. Will that be the case for Kubuntu Intrepid as well? Hmm.

    Jaunty:

The KDE 4.3.0 for the Jaunty is now in the Kubuntu backport PPA > Topic: KDE 4.3 Unofficially Released for Kubuntu

The plan was / (is ?) to move the KDE 4.3.0 to the Ubuntu backports / Unsupported updates > Re: Jaunty Release Schedule, Plans, KDE 4.2
Since we intend to put 4.3.0 in jaunty-backports shortly,...
    ...
Assuming, of course, testing show it to be reasonably stable/functional. Backports is not promised to be regression free, but it should be generally usable, install cleanly, etc.
