Is there a repository I can add to package manager for this release?

I'm not sure mate. I've been looking and so far nothing at all. I have the Jaunty experimental repos but it's not on them yet.

If I find anything I'll let you know.

not yet, just wait until it is announced at kubuntu.org

im not sure if will update after looking at that (at least will wait a bit to see if the released beta keeps that "feature" )

They should become available when they are packaged for karmic (9.10) and then are built for Jaunty. There is no official timeline yet as the dev team is still getting things set up for karmic.

This is the release schedule for Karmic. Alpha 1 will be relased tomorrow, so we could see something by the end of week or early next week in the form of repositories.
