[Solved] Add applications to panel in KDE 4?

I just upgraded to Jaunty Jackalope last week. A few minor issues, but nothing too bad. For the most part, I love it.

But KDE4 is definitely taking some getting used to. How does one add an application launcher to the panel? E.g., for Firefox. I tried "Add Widget To Panel", but my options there were very limited... and drag-n-drop didn't work either.

Kickoff: Right click an application > Add to Favorites/Desktop/Panel

    Before you edit, BACKUP !

Make sure you have widgets unlocked, otherwise the options won't show.

I tried right-clicking. It doesn't give me a menu; it just opens Firefox.

I do have the widgets unlocked.

Edit: Never mind... it just dawned on me that when you mentioned Kickoff, you really meant Kickoff... I had my menu set to Classic Style and it apparently doesn't work there. Switching it back to Kickoff did the trick.

        Thanks everyone.
