8.10 x86_64, KDE 4.2.0 here. So I fiddled around with the bespin package earlier, evaluated it and ended up purging it. For some reason, after setting everything back to default. there is an annoying pop up info box whenever my mouse hovers around any of the buttons on the toolbar of dolphin (see pic below). I made sure to disable the tooltip buttons in system settings->appearance. However, the info box still shows up in dolphin. I'll appreciate any help on this matter thanks.
