[RESOLVED] Update failing in discover

Anyone know what this means? I appreciate the help.

    Code:

Dependency resolution failed:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libkpmcore13: Breaks: libkpmcore12 but 24.12.3-0ubuntu1 is to be installed
libc++-dev: Depends: libc++-20-dev (>= 20~) but it is not installable

You'll get more/better information if you try updating from the CLI.

Close Discover. Launch Konsole. Then type: sudo apt update and when that finishes, type: sudo apt full-upgrade

Is apt generating any error (E:) lines?

      Try this one to start:

      https://www.kubuntuforums.net/forum/...-backports-ppa

I will guess that Discover doesn't like the Kubuntu Backports PPA wanting to remove/replace libkpmcore12 to be able to install libkpmcore13

Using apt on the command line will do that, as requested.

I'll wager the second error is something similar, but fixing the first one might clear that as well.

Not sure what the issue was, but running the update & full-upgrade commands did the trick. It did remove an old package that I wasn't using anymore in addition to updating though, so that might have been something to do with it. Thank you for the support, everyone.
